Founded in 2015, the EB-5 Rural Alliance is a grassroots EB-5 stakeholder group that represents rural regional centers and developers from across the country.  
 

Over the past decade the Rural Alliance has worked closely with key Congressional offices in Leadership and on the Judiciary Committee and successfully advocated for many of the rural incentives in the RIA including priority processing for all rural petitions, a 20% visa-set-aside for investors in rural projects, and a lower investment level. Importantly, the Rural Alliance was also successful in advocating for a significantly tightened up TEA definition to rid the program of the chronic gerrymandering abuses.
 

We have a diverse geographic membership across the country with members located throughout the Midwest, as well as on both Coasts, and in the South.
